The goal was to transform a standard apartment into a high-performing rental property with a stronger sense of identity and market appeal.
The design needed to stand out in a competitive rental market while remaining practical, durable and appealing to both short-term and long-term tenants.
The Design
ALMA created a clean, contemporary interior with broad appeal, using a neutral foundation layered with warm textures, subtle contrast and carefully selected statement pieces.
Every element was considered for both aesthetic impact and longevity. Furniture and finishes were selected to withstand frequent use without compromising the overall look and feel of the apartment.
Layout optimisation was also central to the design, making the most of the available space and creating an interior that feels open, functional and effortless to live in.
The result is a considered rental interior that feels elevated rather than generic — designed to photograph beautifully, appeal to a wider audience and perform in a competitive market.
